Trio leasing was formed by our directors, Lee McGreevy and Ian Wright. They worked together during their previous employment roles, where they were instrumental to the success and growth experienced within a leasing brokerage environment. During their time together, they led the leasing brokerage to gain industry accolades, securing prestigious leasing broker federation awards, for best small leasing broker, and a customer service accreditation award. Together they share over 20yrs experience across all areas of the automotive and leasing industry.
Following the challenges and impact experienced during the global pandemic of COVID-19 throughout 2020, like many others, they found themselves in a period of self-reflection, evaluating their thoughts, attitudes, motivations. They reflected on their job roles and security, work-life balance, finances, and of course what matters most, their family and friends. They all agreed that during this unprecedented time, during the heights of the national lockdowns, due to COVID-19, they wanted to take control of their own destiny and their families futures. In 2021, plans were made, and the concept of Trio Leasing was formed. They decided to leave the comfort zone of paid employment, investing their resources, time, efforts, and enthusiasm into creating a vehicle leasing brokerage, Trio Leasing Ltd, that reflects their shared vision and beliefs. Their goal is to become a market-leading leasing broker, delivering an exceptional leasing experience to business and personal customers. Trio Leasing aim to provide a truly bespoke service to their customers by taking time to fully understand the customer’s needs, supporting them through their leasing journey.

If during our discussions we establish that leasing a vehicle isn’t the best option for you, we will guide you using our industry expertise into an alternative solution, even if that’s not with Trio leasing, demonstrating honesty, integrity, and a personalised, common-sense approach. We believe that by offering a personalised service, investing time to fully understand your need, we will be successful in our ambition to build long-term customer relationships, built on trust and service excellence.
You may be cautious, or perhaps you have experienced first-hand leasing companies who make promises when you place your order, only to pass the buck and wash their hands when things go wrong, leaving you feeling unsupported and let down. Trio leasing takes ownership of problems, offering support and guidance when needed. You will have a dedicated contact at Trio from your very first discussion by phone or email, and they will support you throughout your leasing journey. No “passing the buck” between departments. Your Trio leasing contact will support you at each stage, providing quotes, placing your vehicle order, arranging the finance, through to arranging delivery at a time that is convenient to you. However, our support doesn’t stop when your vehicle is delivered. Following the delivery of your new car we will continue to be a phone call or an email away, should you need any support or have any questions, we will always try to help in the first instance. Sometimes this may not always be possible. If we can’t help you directly, we will ensure we put you in touch with the correct area to assist you. You may need to speak directly to the supplying dealer, manufacturer, or leasing company who owns the vehicle you lease, ensuring you get the support you require, when you need it.
